REFUND POLICY
Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our skincare products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product,please contact us at info@naturesreign.net within 48 hours of delivery with a photo ofthe item and your order number. We will prioritize sending a replacement.
Melted Products:
As noted in our FAQ, melting is a natural reaction to heat and is notconsidered a "damaged" product. We do not offer refunds for melted butter.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked.
